Yesterday was a fantastic day! We start from the morning. Woke up 7am, a bit tired, and thought I should sleep an hour more… Woke up again at 10:20am… Now I woke up a bit late, but I have vacation 
Started my day with some painting before breakfast and training.
During painting, Henrik called and asked for training company. I told him to get on his bike directly and join me for run/swim. He came out to our summerhouse in about an hour and we ran off. A fantastic day, fantastic run and warm in the water for swimming. We saw two raptor birds, a moose and a baby moose. Amazing animal life!
Back just in time for my brother and girl friend coming for a visit. Had some nice time with them and after that moved the lawn in high pace. Then get into the car to pick up Helena at the airport. She has been at the European Champs for about two weeks.
Home to the apartment, had some dinner with Helena. Got on the road bike, back to summer house, finished up the new floor in the storage. Thanks to Martin for the help with the first half of the floor. It was an amazing evening with fantastic colours on the sky. Back on the road bike to get home, felt a bit like adventure racing: late night, no cars, low sun… Preparing for Helags
