Last weekend I was in Hemavan to help with the ski mountaineering race “Toppturshelgen”. I went up to Hemavan on Thursday and got some nice skiing before the race started on Saturday. Thanks to good preparations, I could race on Saturday. In 1.5 hours you should do as many laps as possible on a track with 360 meters of ascending per lap. I made 4 laps…
On Sunday it was the Swedish championships in vertical skiing. This day I went before the race started to the top and put out flags marking the race course. I took the time of the racers together with Markus.
