Today was the middle distance at the swedish MTB orienteering champs. In the mens class it was the same winner as yesterday, Hans Jörgen Kvåle with Aaron again 3rd. Womens Swedish champ was Cecilia Thomason, although quickest of the women today was Ingrid Stengård, who races for a Finnish club.
