After a short and unusually warm winter, we’re soon heading into adventure racing again.
We have spent winter training for the upcoming season, but also taking the opportunity for different winter racing. Aaron has raced mountainbike orienteering in Denmark, Mattias have raced ski orienteering in northern Sweden, Josefina joined the Swedish national team for the European Championship of ski mountaineering (14th place) and Björn have done several cross country ski marathons (place 34 at Vasaloppet).
Several hours have also been spent trying to put together our racing schedule. There are so many interesting races, both in Sweden and abroad and unfortunately we cannot race them all… Not even close. We have been looking for races with high competition, interesting race venues and race organisers with a strong reputation. You can find our scheduale here. First out is the Highlander Mountain Marathon in Scottland, where Aaron and Björn will represent the team.
